Welcome to our comprehensive Live Patient Training in the heart of Guatemala City! We understand that a successful learning experience requires a seamless and hassle-free environment. That's why we have thoughtfully designed our course package to cover several essential aspects of your stay. Below, you'll find a breakdown of what's included in the cost to ensure your focus remains on Learning:

 

 

• Breakfast, lunch, and snacks during course sessions. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. 

• Airport transportation available with prior arrangements.

• Convenient Shuttle between the clinic and hotel. 

• Lodging expenses are included for single occupancy. If you're planning to bring family members such as a spouse or children, please be aware that there may be an additional charge, as our accommodations are primarily set up for single occupancy. We encourage you to check with us directly for any special arrangements or queries regarding family accommodation. Our team will be glad to coordinate with the hotel on your behalf to accommodate your family's needs and ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone involved. 

 

As you embark on your journey in Guatemala City, here's a checklist of what you'll need for a convenient and smooth experience:

 

 

• Airfare: Please arrange your airfare from your location to GUA - Guatemala City Airport.

• Dinners: While we provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks during course sessions, dinners are not included, allowing you to explore the rich culinary offerings of the city at your leisure.

• Alcohol is not included.

• Customs/Passport Documentation: Ensure you have all necessary immigration and customs documentation in order to enter Guatemala seamlessly. You Must fill out a digital Customs form. They will not let you in or leave the country with this form. Open this site and click on the large blue Tab to get started. Fill this out before you go to the airport. You will need to have a copy on your smart phone to pull up your personal QR code. U.S. citizens your passport is in the dropdown box as Estados Unidos or United States.

• Transportation: Contact us in advance to arrange included roundtrip transportation to and from Guatemala City (GUA) airport to the hotel, or if you prefer, you may secure your own transportation, giving you flexibility in your travel plans. Uber is available as well as local Taxis. The taxis are more expensive normally about $10 or Q75. Uber is about $6.
